The divine messenger incarnated as a superhero in modern-day Miami, Eleggua is the creation of Alex Hernandez of IMP Comics. Divine Infection is Eleggua's second online appearance, and was my first major online comics project.

A fantasy comic set somewhere in Dark Age Europe, Sontag was originally the first comic on this site, but was put on hold indefinitely when I started work on Eleggua. Maybe one day I'll finish it.
This particular story is a twist on Beowulf.

About Sontag

All the characters which would have appeared in Sontag if I had finished the story arc... Worth checking out, in my opinion.

A comic inspired by Scott McCloud's idea of an infinite canvas; unfortunately this was before I'd got to grips with the concept of loading time and the completed part, the prologue, was a huge file. Having said that, if you have a fast-ish connection and a bit of patience, you might like to read it.

The story of Lady Howard, a spectre of death from English folklore, came to me when I was painting the Tarot cards in 2001. I tried drawing it, but realised I wasn't sure exactly where it was going. Like Candy and Sontag, it's currently in limbo.
